Playable — handwriting

Rakugaki Jam

Crowd drawing game

Scan the code on the wall, scribble with a finger, flick it — and your doodle lands on the big screen as a creature that swims, meets a stranger's drawing, and breeds with it.

01

A full room is the reward, not the failure mode.

Two doodles that meet produce a child whose outline is a real blend of both parents. The wall gets richer with every person who joins.

02

Four numbers decide it, not a model.

Whether a drawing swims, walks or crawls comes from its own geometry — so it behaves the same way every time, and needs no network to think.

03

The joining engine is separate, and open.

The join-by-code layer is Snap Pair, published on its own. Two more of our pieces already run on it, and the next one will not pay for it again.

Where it belongs

  • A launch, a party, a festival wall The moment the audience stops watching and starts putting things on the screen.
  • A lobby or a booth with a queue Nobody is briefed and nobody is handed anything — the QR code on the wall is the whole invitation.
  • A classroom or a workshop Thirty drawings arrive at once and the room can see what it made together.
Input
A finger on a phone screen
Output
One wall screen every phone in the room shares

Bring this to something you are building.

The drawing can be swapped for a vote, a reaction, a light or a card — the engine does not care what is sent. Tell us the room and the reason it is there. We reply from New York.
