Brand strategy, identity, and application system
Value Frontier
We translated a sustainability consultancy’s expanding ambition into a Brand DNA and identity system spanning corporate, environmental, digital, and print applications.

The design decision
The rebrand was designed to carry a changing business.

01 · Situation
The business had outgrown its old signal.
Value Frontier was expanding beyond its established sustainability-consulting position into high-end fashion and other industries. Its identity no longer expressed the scope of the business.
02 · Strategy
Put a business idea beneath the appearance.
The executive team’s values and strategic ambition were distilled into a Brand DNA. That foundation gave the project a way to judge every visual choice, not just a language for describing it.
03 · Decision
Build a system broad enough to generate from.
Stylescapes explored a premium and purposeful voice. The identity was then tested across collateral, environments, web, print, and digital interfaces so it could accommodate new business categories.
04 · Made
Strategy through application, in one line of work.
We led Brand DNA development, identity design, stylescapes, corporate collateral, environmental signage, print, and digital applications.
05 · Outcome
The system generated another public brand.
The Brand DNA became the foundation for DO! NUTS TOKYO. That citizen-facing sub-brand received a 2021 American Graphic Design Award.

Credit, clearly.
Developed with the Value Frontier executive team, visual designers, and a web design and development partner.
The documented outcome is the system’s extension into DO! NUTS TOKYO; no commercial uplift is claimed.
